Brewed with Belgian honey. Pale yellow in color with a marvelous floral scent. A honeyed richness that coaxes the palate into thinking the beer is sweet but the finish is dry with a noticeable hop tang.

Saison Dupont comes from an artisanal brewery that is also a working farm (eggs are sold in the ‘executive’ offices!) and produces beers with exquisitely hand-made character. A slightly cloudy yellow-colored ale with high carbonation, fruity and spicy aromas and tastes, and perceptible, somewhat quinine-like bitterness.

Technically a "strong Pale" ale, by category, Moinette is distinguished by it's aggressive hop character - an uncommon trait in Belgian beers, by and large.Moinette Blonde pours a medium gold color with lively carbonation bubbles and a massive, frothy white head. The nose is a wonderful combination of raw, funky and spicy notes you'd expect from a world class saison combined with the sweet and fruity notes of a Belgian pale ale.The palate is terrifically spicy and packs a surprising hop smack right up front. Behind the spice, a bouquet of fruity flavors fill the mouth - citrus (lemon) and some papaya are predominant. The “Moinette brune” is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. A melange of 4 special malts results into this unusual colour, light dark brown going into russet. The aromas of hop and special malts are creating the dominating taste in this beer. The "Moinette brune" combines a slightly bitterness with a fruity touch.

An "American" Style Wheat beer. Medium golden in color with a slight haze, and sweet notes of ripe cherries.

Sam Adams Honey Porter

The Blackberry Witbier pours a cloudy gold hue with frothy head. The blackberry flavor dominates and makes the beer very sweet. Coriander and orange peel flavors exist as well. There’s some fizziness, but it’s not heavily carbonated. The finish features mostly sweet berries and some tartness.
