The 2006 Barrel Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a lush wine and an excellent example of the wines from Alexander Valley.  With bright blueberry, coffee, and cedar aromas that lead into a rich, broad palate and a long, juicy cherry and black fruit finish with cassis, mocha, and sweet oak notes. Tannins are mouthfilling but soft, with a hint of smoke. This wine will age for 5–10 years and is unfiltered.
