You will be prompted to create an account and will be guided through the check out process. Your credit card will be billed monthly for your club. Terms & Conditions
The Valley Wine & Spirits Wine Clubs are processed and shipped within the first 10 days of each month. Your credit card will be billed proior to each shippment. Please look at your credit card statement and find "Valley Wines and Spirits".
There is no fee for cancelling your Wine Club. There are no refunds for Wine Clubs that have been shipped. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your Wine Club purchase, call 973-694-4800, M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All cancelations must be recieved prior to the months billing and shipment. Cancellations received after billing or shipment will be applied to the following month. There are no credits issued for Wine Clubs that have been billed, shipped, lost in transit or stoled. Lost or stolen shipments will be replaced when proper documentation has been provided. Damaged shipments will be replaced at no additional charge, damaged items must be returnded for credit.
All Wine Clubs are shipped via FEDEX and are subject to age verification upon delivery. Shipping to certain states is prohibited by law and all shipments are subject to local, state and fedral alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
By purchasing a Wine Club package, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here, and authorize Valley Wine and Spirits to bill to your credit card the monthly Wine Club price + shipping and handling charges. You also authorize Valley Wine and Spirits to act as shipping agent for this purchase.
If this shipment is a gift, you are certifying that the recipient of the Wine Club is of legal drinking age, 21 years of age or older.
